We do not offer refunds. You have 7 days from the delivery date to return back to us for a Store Credit. We are not responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to us. All jewelry, shoes, hats, handbags, intimates and sale items are final sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be aware that all items you send back need to be in the same condition you received. Free of odors, stains and all tags need to be attached. No exceptions. Store Credits will be issued after we receive the original product, not including the cost of shipping. If your item is lost during shipping back to us, it is your responsibility to contact the carrier to track the package. We are not responsible for return packages
